This month, we are spotlighting a very successful Mahjong Time player, Hai Minh Lu (alien84). Alien84 has been with Mahjong Time for over a year, and has scored numerous Madness Tournament
victories including multiple medals in RCR and TW. Alien84 has also won a WSoM seat through a Reward Points competition. We got the chance to ask him a few questions:
Q: How did you originally discover multiplayer Mahjong?
A: My friend provide me the website.
Q: How long have you played at Mahjong Time?
A: About 1yr from the day I signed up.
Q: How often do you play online?
A: Everyday.
Q: What do you like the most about Mahjong Time?
A: Play with multiplayer around the world.
Q: Looking back on your Mahjong Time experience, what would you say was your favorite tournament to play in?
A: RCR & TW Madness
Q: Tell us more about yourself! What would other Mahjong Time players be surprised to know about you?
A: I am very simple, just enjoy play mahjong on mahjongtime.
Q: Which style of Mahjong do you like best? Why is this your favorite?
A: Taiwan Mahjong. Because it has more variety to play with unlike HK and RCR.
Q What is better: playing live or playing online?
A: Definitely play live is better, as we will not have disconnection
issue. However, as I do not have many live players, I choose
mahjongtime.
